How PopnPics Works
From event setup to photo delivery in six simple steps.
1. Create your event
Create a Free event with your own title, description, unique link and QR code. Free includes up to 200 photos. Premium costs $49 per event. Photographer memberships are in development and are not available to purchase yet.
2. Guests upload photos
Share the QR code at your event. Guests scan it on their phones and upload photos instantly — no app to install, no account required.
3. Browse and moderate
Processed photos appear in your gallery. Refresh to see new additions. Hosts can approve, hide or reject photos, and require manual review before they appear publicly.
4. Browse, select, and purchase
Gallery viewing is free. Hosts can enable guest download purchases. Choose individual photos, a 5- or 10-photo pack, or a full-gallery license; download add-ons are separate from every event plan.
5. Instant digital delivery
PopnPics checkout runs through its p1w.app workspace and Stripe. Once payment is verified, download purchased photos individually or as a ZIP in batches of up to 100. Free-event purchases deliver standard quality; Premium-event purchases deliver native resolution.
6. Add-ons and extras
Premium includes printable digital QR table cards. Physical prints, professional retouching, team setups and custom branding start with a Custom inquiry, not an automatic charge. Our team follows up with an agreed scope and quote.
